Autumn is here and what better time than now to have a fresh new wreath designed on a grapevine wreath frame that you already have! Reusing these long lasting frames is a great way to save money on your home decor.
Autumn is a fun time of year to make a wreath for your home as we start to come back indoors and get cozy. The colours change as summer fades to fall and the materials used will hold on through the season. Join us in the greenhouse at Springtime Garden Centre on Sunday October 2 from 11am-1pm to get creative with a cup of locally produced Urban Earth Tea and enjoy an Autumn inspired cupcake from Retro Cupcakes. In this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided by Nicole of Ever Red Fresh Designs on how to make a crescent-shaped Autumn wreath on a 14"-18" in diameter grapevine base that you will bring from home. Class sizes will be kept small and intimate to ensure that social distancing can be practiced.
In this workshop, you will:
-learn how to make a crescent-shaped Autumn wreath on a grapevine base that you bring to the workshop
-receive all materials and supplies needed to make an everlasting wreath
-learn about the botanicals that you are creating with
-receive assorted tea from Urban Earth Tea (bring your own mug, please!)
-receive a cupcake from Retro Cupcakes
*Please note: You must bring your own grapevine wreath frame (recommended to be under 18" in diameter) to this workshop! Don't forget, otherwise you won't be able to make a wreath!
