RETURN/REFUND POLICY

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, I take great pride in the integrity and quality of my work and would like for you to enjoy my creations as much as I did making them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have received, please contact me within 24 hours so that I might have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Should you have any questions regarding the care of your fresh floral creation, please contact me and I would be more than happy to assist you.

PAYMENT METHODS & DUE DATES

I happily accept cash, e transfer, and credit card payments through a Square Reader. There is
an additional 3.4% to each transaction for processing fees through Square.
For event and wedding bookings, I require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to hold your date.
This fee is taken off your total bill owing once all the details are finalized. I am happy to accept
partial payments up to one week before your event to help with your financial payments. The
final bill must be paid in full no later than one week before your event.
For custom orders, the invoice must be paid in full no later than one week before the item is to
be picked

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Are you a fellow DIY-er? I would love to help you with a bulk order if you’re wanting to play
with flowers. Send me a message and I can help you with pricing. Pick up is in Downtown
Vancouver or we could arrange for delivery at an additional cost.
